Will we be able to use just regular unleaded gas or do you think to get prime mile per gallon numbers we will need to be using a premium or higher octane gas for the IQ??

With the way gas prices are still fairly expensive I'm hoping we still get to use regular

I usually put in premium gas every few months just to clean out the engine.

I am sure there will be a lot of go fast goodies coming out soon enough. I will definitely put an intake and exhaust on it to start.

Yeah, I would imagine so. I doubt they are going to go dual or anything. It would look bad anyways.

I hate those rattletraps on civics and stuff. I would go for something a little louder, but the free flowing part is where I am concerned. You don't need noise for free flowing. It is all in the design of the mufflers and the bends in the piping.

it better be regular. i was on the waiting list for a smart when they came to usa but after i found they needed premium i fugured it wasnt worth it. heck , "05 Xa now gets 35mpg hiway!

I wouldn't expect it to run on anything more than regular gas. Premium gas in your Scion IQ just seems absurd to me

and I never knew that Smart Cars required premium gas... thank goodness I don't own one of those... I love regular gas hehe (I'm not cheap, I'm resourceful hehe)
