Have any type of details about the engine been released?
What kind of horsepower and torque could we be looking at?

Speculation is that the iQ will most likely get the 1.3-liter four-cylinder engine. It produces 99hp and gets 66 mpg.

The MPG number is really amazing and should make this car very competitive.

preliminary specs actually put horsepower to be around 106hp and torque to be around 103hp. nothing yet on mpg but expect it to be extremely fuel efficient plus theres also the hybrid version.

Maybe my ego is too much into it but telling my friends I drive a 1.0 liter car is embarassing.
