Im gonna try to pop out the tail lights and tint them out a little. My first try was not good but a friend of mine is goona help me out on getting them out.

Have you looked at the film that is sold to tint headlights and tailights? Is that what you are using? Didn't think you would need to remove the tail light from the car for that.

Even if you use the spray tint crap, you should be able to just tape off the light and not have to remove it. Reference youtube.

True but i like having them out and spaying them sitting side by side so i get a even coat on them

When you remove the taillights there are three bolts, the third one is at the bottom of the unit and not very easy to see.

I bet it will look nice. Tinted tails are illegal here.

Actually I think tinted head lights or tail light anywhere in the USA are illegal. Just depends if the Police want to enforce it.
