OK so tell me why the heck doesn't anybody have a decent priced rear sway bar ?
Paying close to $300 for a fancy red painted TRD one that you will never see isn't worth it.
My son found a white one for his Yaris for around $140..
Come on vendors, get on the ball.
Lots of new iQs that are dying to get modified !

I bet a can of red paint and a $140 sway bar would do just as well !

I'm not too surprised...it's such a new car here that I can't even get a custom-sized sunshade from a major manufacturer. These things take time, imo....early adopting cuts both ways.

Why no aftermarket Rear Sway Bars?

That $250-300 price is ridiculous. That price should be $150. It's the one thing the IQ needs first and foremost. Come on guys somebody must be making these by now!

I have the TRD one on mine. I kept waiting for somebody else to make one. But so far nobody ? I think they should be stock, as the handling improvement is amazing....

Does the sway bar connect to body frame anywhere or does it act like a torsion bar {reinforcement) to rear end crossmember?

Even at the price, it's totally worth it. The difference between the car I test drove and the one I have now was worlds away. Should be standard-issue!

In two words............

SLOT CAR

That is how it feels now.Like it is on rails... Before you could feel the rear end lift up on turns...Well worth the money !
