I have the upgraded pioneer audio unit in my iq. I was looking at the scion parts people website and they have a nav upgrade, but it's an alpine unit... Does anyone know if this connects to the pioneer unit???

No the alpine does not connect to the pioneer unit, your pioneer unit is replaced with the alpine unit but utilizes the cars factory wiring.
