loving the look, very clean and suits the Scion iQ very well. can't go wrong with buying an OEM Scion spoiler. I just think this spoiler needs a center brake light to be perfect, maybe some aftermarket sompany or scion might release one in the future

I'm getting one with mine. I would suggest if you are going to get one don't have it installed by the dealer. You can mount it with 3M moulding tape and then you won't have holes drilled in your roof.

If you change your style later you won't have to worry about covering up the holes.

*Edit, looked at a picture of the bottom of the wing and it won't have enough area to use molding tape. Bummer.

Nope no spoiler as of yet. They said by the end of the year... Hopefully... Something weird must of happened with the paint...
That is one of the symptoms of the sunami, the companies that supply paint were effected. Have you checked with other dealers to see if they have one?

I must Like it i just bought one, and in the Hot Lava color in the picture too! but it will take a week to get the spoiler $165.00 for the spoiler is not that bad. It's a lot better than paying the list price of $285.00

I feel that this car, The IQ is becoming a part of me. I cant say what it is about it, I am falling in love with this car.

I have had a lot of new cars in the last 5 years, all more expensive than this one.

But this car must be driven for a week or two to get what this car has to offer

Yeah, the iQ's rear-end lines aren't complete w/o the OEM spoiler. Just seems...chopped. Aerodynamically there's tiny side spoilers behind the rear windows that help roll the slipstream into the trailing vortex, like the dimples on a golf ball. That vortex drag (and the high incidence angle at the front) is most the gas mileage issue on cars this small: they're not long enough to maintain laminar flow over the body. The OEM spoiler finishes that job nicely, and should help a touch with mpg at freeway speeds. Don't care where, but definitely get one. I wouldn't own an iQ without it.

Boeing 727: rivets. Airbus: adhesive.
Given a choice: I fly Boeing.
