Does anyone know the name of the outer piece that connects the upper grille or the part number?

The upper grille is sold as a whole unit I believe including that piece. If it is separate a dealer parts department visit would be in order because I can not find it separate on parts.toyota.com. The lower grille has a Grille Molding (Lower) here:
