Exact release date guesses

Febuary

April guess here. Just in time for spring.

I'll guess March.

I think we would be lucky if we saw it before May

From my experience of waiting for cars that I am anticipating, it is never soon enough. Scion execs are putting it at spring '11 for now, so I guess they don't make that date....will see it July.

I'm guessing that the Scion IQ release date will be sometime in February. Think of it this way, there are lots of auto shows taking place in January, February and March, so what a better time to announce the release of the car.

First vote for March here. Like Driven said, will happen during the car show season.

Need more Jan / Feb votes incase Scion sees this site, they will know to bump the release!

I doubt Scion will bump the release date of the IQ but it would be in their best interest to do it in the heat of auto show season. Let's keep our fingers crossed.

We will probably find out the IQ release date a couple months before. That would be wise as it will get the hype up for the car again and such. Also, I don't think Scion would want to say the car is coming out on X date and then have to push it back because they still have some tweaking to do

Do you think Scion will really wait that long to release the IQ? Since the IQ is already in production in Europe under Toyota, I don't see why they would wait until next Summer to release the IQ...

February at the latest.

Right around the March-ish time from would be the smartest time for the most sales if you were to ask me.

Yep, that is when all the car shows happen and the auto industry picks up after the Christmas slump.
