custom cellphone holder for your car for under $20
i saw this and cant believe how easy it is to do this. i already ordered the parts for it and in total it cost me $16 shipped. this beats any cell phone mount you can but for twice even three times the price. the link has pics, instructions, and ebay links for the pieces. i didnt use the ebay listings instead i searched for other suppliers in north america and found some. ill post pics once im done.

Very Nice DIY approach, especially if you use your phone as a GPS.
I bought one of those "china" cellular phone suction cup holders. I was really disappointed in the quality of it. Cost me $20 for it and only used it once. This definitely looks like it will do the job.

Another thing I might add. There's an app for the iphone that measures hp, 1/4 times, 0-60, etc..... For that app to be accurate it needs a good solid base. This DIY holder will be able to provide that solid base for you. It definitely beats paying $30 for a baseline dyno run.Great post and a really good tip!
