Since Canada is officially allowed to get Scion. The 2011 iQ release date for canada has been set one month after the US release date. If anyone gets any solid info post it up here. I'll try to update this thread as more information becomes available.

well right now the release dates are a bit iffy. some say 4th quarter 2010. while some say 1st quarter of 2011. theres even some rumors that it might be winter 2011 which is very unlikely.

whatever the date is im just happy to be getting the iQ in canada. it wasnt too long ago when scions weren't available in canada and you werent allowed to import them from the u.s. at least now we can just go to a dealership and pick one up.

I just hope they don't delay this like the FT-86. People may start losing interest otherwise. I didn't know you couldn't get Scion in Canada. Bummer.

About time Canada officially gets Scion vehicles. I'm slowly starting to see Toyota dealerships adding Scion where i live in Canada. I did see a few Scion xB's driving around since last year, not sure how those people got a hold of them....maybe from USA?

For the iQ Canadian release, i was told late 2010 to early 2011. Were now in early 2011 and nothing! Im going to safely say we could expect a iQ in Canada by mid 2011

I've seen a lot of Scion's driving around Toronto already. The iQ should be available in a few months. Last I heard release date was around March but that might be delayed a bit.
