Along with the list of the Top 10 Most Fuel Efficient Cars and Trucks in the U.S., the EPA has just announced their Top 10 polluters list. Now would you want to drive a vehicle that's worse for the environment than a Chevy Suburban? You bet you would, because it's none other than the Bugatti Veyron – the worlds fastest car.
With an EPA rated 8/15-mpg (city/highway) the Veyron couldn't be further from the Toyota Prius.
After the Veyron, the list is pretty much dominated by commercial vehicles, with the second place entry being the Ford E350 Wagon at 10/13-mpg while the Ford E350 Van ranks in third at 10/14-mpg. In fourth is the Suburban, followed by the Yukon in fifth, while other big offenders include several Mercedes models (the G550 and ML63), while numerous Bentley and Rolls-Royce vehicles are also found on the list.
