Looking for an SD Card image from the stock Alpine navigation unit

I wonder if there are any members who own a stock IQ navigation unit NSDA-W11U. I've got a unit with a missing SD card that would not boot up. I would appreciate if anyone can make and share an ISO of the stock SD card that comes with the unit. Thanks in advance!

I have a Harman HDD type navigation. Did you get this installed or it came with the car?

Our prior Ford C-MAX used SD Card. She once complained that it was slow so I tried to copy it onto a ultra fast SanDisk card. I could not get it to work...
