Anyone Install a Cold Air System?

As well as a different filter?

How did you install the MAP sensor?
    Which make/model did you use?

Injen makes one, but I never dared because of CARB requiring an EO#/sticker. All late model Toyotas/Scions have a fuel vapor trap which is removed when the OE filter box is replaced, automatically disqualifying these type of systems.

not sure the reasons why you would want one. IMO, it'd be a waste of money if it was for performance.

I was after one for looks, mainly to get rid of the ugly filter box.

Does it require a new MAP sensor?

No just remove the oem from original and screw in to the Injen.

The intakes I've seen throughout the years all seem to have a place to mount the sensor as motomatt notes. On a '99 GS400 I had to purchase a replacement gasket from a Lexus dealer.
