All work on my car I did myself, everything!! Only thing I couldn't do was the wheel alignment after I lowered it. It has been a labor of love for me.

Hi Scrappy. I'm sorry to hear about your surgery and I hope you feel and get better soon . To be fair though, I'll just automatically enter your ride for next month's competition for sure. You don't need to post it there again as I'll make sure to include it. Hope that's okay

Wow! Will certainly be on the look out for your new mods. You have one of the nicest IQ here. Your suspension and big brake set up is superb! Hope you are feeling better now. Take care.

    thanks Benggolf,
I am feeling much better. ( I had a shoulder surgery and carpel tunnel surgery on my right arm) I think you will like the rims i picked like you i decided to go with Enkei wheels. They are one of the few wheels that have all the correct specs for our Scion IQ. I chose to go with the Enkei EDR9 wheels. the MSR wheels i was running are a very nice set of wheels, but they are a 17-7.5 with a 35 offset. My new wheels are a 17-7 with a 45 offset. my car is at the painter because some jerk decided to door ding my door so i have not tried them out yet. I have although done all the math and i should be gaining 18mm of clearance between my fender and my tire(205-45-17) which should just clear the area i was rubbing on. I am really happy to hear you like my car so far, as i am working very hard to get it done the way i like clean and simple while highly modified. I also much like surfcitylocal Taz am trying to document all my mods as I go so as to ilustrate what potential these vehicles actually have.Hopefully I get to be car of the month one of these months, as to me it would be a great honor.I will be reposting the new pictures with the new wheels and new mods before next month so that if i do get to be car of the month it will be in my cars current state of being.
