    Turbocharging and Supercharging FAQ

    If you ever wondered what the difference is between a turbocharger or supercharger. If you want to do either one to your car but don't know which way to go. Read this article. I though I knew all that I needed to know but I found out a lot of thing I didn't. Definitely worth a read.

    just finished going through everything. now i have some decisions i need to make. before i was always turbo this, turbo that. now i might have to rethink a bit.

    Good to know. This was always somthing I wanted to know more about, mostly so I know what to search for and what to order.

    Just know both are pretty much air compressors and a turbo runs off exhaust fumes while a supercharger is belt driven

    and all will cost you a months rent or so.

    thats just the amount of money to put them on. the maintenance cost goes up a lot too since it will putting extra pressure on vital engine parts as well as more parts potentially breaking.
