I am currently using a box from target until I can get my console finished. The target box fits okay & they're only $7.00 ( approximately). You can get them in black. There is actually a console /arm rest made for the iq ( cost about $500.00) and they are hideous.

Getting ready to negotiate the deal on my trade-in (Scion xA) and get my new iQ. I'm scared to death about the storage issues. Don't have a lot of stuff I haul around but I DO want a place for some CD's, glasses, 2 dog leashes and my purse. I keep reading how people are using "Target Boxes." After seeing your nifty console I'm thinking you're way ahead of the game. Do you by any chance know what the Target boxes are? Is it something folks are buying at Target? Would you by any chance have a picture of a Target box? Is this something that fits between the seats behind the console? Can't wait to get my new car!!!! BTW, I'm stuck in Woodstock, GA right now but I'm a born and raised Californian.
